One of OMCA members – Cimarron Construction, is the company that came in and cleaned up and fixed the bridge collapse on May Ave. The May Bridge collapse was a project that was completed in a very timely fashion and on time and on-budget. The bridge collapse disrupted traffic on both the bridge and also the main road underneath it. The collapse happened in the early morning hours during rush hour traffic and backed up traffic for miles.
The North Side of The May Bridge collapsed and had to be repaired quickly. Thank god there was no fatalities from this bridge collapse and there was minimal damage to surrounding areas. Our crew quickly assessed the damage and what needed to be done and we then got to work to get it up and functional so that traffic could be restored.
