About: Van Eaton Ready Mix was formed in 1998 when Mike Van Eaton, a long time Holdenville businessman and entrepreneur, bought the first portable ready mix plant in order to manufacture hog slats for his swine equipment business, Oklahoma Swine. After receiving numerous requests to sell his hog slats to the general public, he began expanding, opening a batch plant in Holdenville in 1998 and moving into additional ready mix applications, including contracts with city governments for transportation uses.
As demand increased for Van Eaton Ready Mix products, additional plant locations opened in Shawnee (2000), Edmond (2008), Moore/Norman (2008), and West Oklahoma City (2013).
